PURPOSE:To enable a driver element and a reverse current preventing element to be provided on one side on an insulating substrate, by a construction wherein lead electrodes led out from a heating resistor on one side are led to the back side of a heat-accumulating layer, and lead electrodes are provided in two layers. CONSTITUTION:The heat-accumulating layer 22 is provided on the substrate 21 of a head 20, the heating resistor 23 is provided on an end part of the layer 22, the driver element 24 is provided on a wide surface side part 21a, and further the reverse current preventing element 25 is provided. Lead electrodes 26... are led out from one side of the resistor 23 to the side of the wide surface side part 21a, and are connected to the driver element 24, while lead electrodes 27... on the other side are staggered by a half pitch from the electrodes 26..., are connected at B to lead electrodes 27a provided on the back side 22b of the layer 22, and are further connected at C to projected parts 27b and then to the element 25. The elements 24, 25 are connected to an external device through terminals 31..., 32.... Accordingly, the head 20 can be easily connected to the external device. |
