PURPOSE:To simplify speed control in a high-speed injection region by commanding the start point of a speed change pattern in the second half of a high-speed region and the speed change ratio of the speed change pattern with respect to a high-speed injection speed to a control device and controlling the speed. CONSTITUTION:A low injection speed V1, injection patterns I , II, changeover position C, high injection speed V4, time T from a changeover point (a) to a change point (c), change ratios of speed increasing and decreasing patterns III, IV, V at the terminal part with respect to the speed V4 are respectively and preliminarily set in setters 14-19. The moving position of a plunger 4 is inputted via a magnetic scale 7a and a magnetic head 7b to a calculator 34 upon starting of injection by driving the piston 2 of a cylinder 1 and a control pulse generator 35 opens and closes a flow rate control valve 21 at a prescribed speed thus controlling the hydraulic circuit 13 of the cylinder 1. The easy control in the second half of the high speed region of the injection speed is thus made possible at the preliminarily selected and commanded pattern. |
