PURPOSE:To remove ink droplets on a detector by a simple operation even when redetecting the print wrinkle by rotatably moving an ink removing roller in contact under pressure on the detector of print wrinkle detection device by an external switch. CONSTITUTION:A holder 1 having a print wrinkle detector 3 on the front 1a is elevationally movably mounted with an ink remover 2 in a hole 1c. The ink remover 2 has a coil 5 wound around a hole 4a of an arm 4, engaged with a permanent magnet 6 mounted in a holder 1, an ink removing roller 7 rotatably mounted on a shaft 8 of the front in contact with the detector 3. When the coil 5 is energized by an external operation, the remover 2 is lifted by repelling from the magnetic field of a permanent magnet 6 to remove the ink adhered to the detector 3 by the roller 7. Then, a carriage is moved to the front of the detector 3, ink droplets are injected to detect the print wrinkle. |
