PURPOSE:To prevent carbonic acid gas from leaking out when it is not in use, by enabling a carbonic acid gas feeder to be remotely controlled with a motor- operated valve and by closing a carbonic acid gas cylinder group normally and perfectly with a grouped motor-operated valve. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 21 for the third circuit 15 is not frozen in any adverse conditions, and by designing the size so that discharging carbonic acid gas quantity may be limited as little as possible, the carbonic acid gas can be continuously fed in much quantity in an emergency and as long as the pressure of a carbonic acid gas cylinder group 6 is continuously applied or until anyone of a grouped motor-operated valve 11, the third outlet side motor-operated valve 17c and an inlet side motor-operated valve 22 for the third circuit is closed, thereby hydrogen gas in a rotary electric machine can be substituted by carbonic acid gas. The carbonic acid gas pressure is not applied to the first and second reducing valves 16a, 16b by closing the grouped motor-operated valve 11 normally, and so the carbonic acid gas is prevented from leaking out. |
