There is provided a bladder assist device for being capable of maintaining natural drainage by a repetition of repletion and contraction of the bladder (1) even when a urethral catheter (2) is embedded into the bladder (1), in which a pressure control hole (14) selaed by a filter (15) having air permeation restrained property is equipped with a pressure control chamber (3) containing a concentric-type siphon tube (10) connected to a urethral catheter (2) at a particular part.
