PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by incorporating a specific phosphorus compound with a chlorine-containing resin, and having excellent improving effect on weather resistance. CONSTITUTION:A chlorine-containing resin composition obtained by incorporating a chlorine-containing resin with a compound expressed by formula I (R1 is formula II; R2 and R3 are 12-22C alkyl or formula III; R4 and R5 are alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl or H; n and p are 2 or 3; m and q are integers >=1). The compound expressed by formula I is used in an amount of 0.01-10pts.wt. based on the resin.
