PURPOSE:To prevent the front edge of a blade from biting a pressure roller by varying the quantity of deflection of a cleaning blade made of an elastic flexible material by the displacement of the pressure roller which accompanies the contact and separation between a heat fixing roller and the pressure roller which are provided that they contact and separate each other. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning blade 13 is provided to the frame at the copy paper feeding-out side of the pressure roller 5 and this blade 3 is made of a metallic plate of an elastic flexible material which has less separation property than the surface of the pressure roller 5, i.e. SUS304 and is pressed against the pressure roller 5 on a free end lateral pressure contact surface 13a to curve on the whole. An operating cam 15 is installed on the free end 14a of a roller contacting/separating control lever 14 mounted on the rotating shaft 5a of the pressure roller 5 and the pressure roller 5 is pressed down and up through a lever 14 and pressed against the heat fixing roller by a spring 4 only during fixing operation in copying operation to operate. |
