PURPOSE:To aim at preventing a gear from being damaged, by chamfering a partition plate end face edge part at the opposite side to the rotational direction of an internal gear into a concave-in circular arc form, while conspicuously enlarging a contact area between a gear tooth top edge part and the partition end face edge part whereby reducing impact force to the smallest possible extent. CONSTITUTION:An end face edge part 4b of a partition plate 4 at the opposite side to the rotational direction of an internal gear 2 is chamfered into a concave-in circular arc form as shown in illustration. With the end face edge of the partition plate 4 made into a suchlike form, in case an interference impact is produced between a tooth top edge part of a gear 2 and the partition plate end face edge part 4b, a contact area between them is remarkably enlargeable as compared with the conventional partition plate. Therefore, impact force per unit area on a contact surface to be affected on the gear 2 is sharply reduced, thus a fear of entailing damage to the gear 2 is avoidable.
