PURPOSE:To simply make the output of each element part constant without constituting an electrical complicated means, by exposing a negative photosensitive film to a light emitting element array in a superposed state and developing said film to use the same in a state superposed to the light emitting element array. CONSTITUTION:An unexposed photosensitive film is superposed to a light emitting element array 1 in a dark place and all of the light emitting parts 2 of the right emitting element array 1 are allowed to emit light simultaneously to expose the photosensitive film. The exposed photosensitive film is developed to form pervious surfaces 5. In this case, the transmissivity of the pervious surfaces 5 comes to the reciprocal of the light emitting quantity of the light emitting parts. In the density of the light emitting parts is determined by utilizing the proper range of the density of the pervious surface 5 to exposure quantity, the quantity of light transmitted through a pervious filter 4 becomes equal at all of the light emitting parts 2. Thus formed pervious filter 4 is used in matching relation to the light emitting element array. |
