PURPOSE:The titled composition that is obtained by allowing a specific pyrazole compound, butachlor, oxadiazone to disperse in water using a surfactant, thus controlling completely almost kinds of weeds in rice paddies, when it is used in the watered rice paddies as a treating agent before transplantation. CONSTITUTION:(A) A compound of the formula (R is H, methyl; Z is p-toluenesulfonyl, phenacyl, p-methylphenacyl) and (B) another compound selected from butachlor: alpha-chloro-2',6'-diethyl-N-(n-butoxymethyl)acetanilide, pretilachlor: alpha- chloro-2',6'-diethyl-N-(n-propoxyethyl)acetanilide and oxadiazone: 3-(2,4-dichloro- 5-isopropoxyphenyl)-5-t-butyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-(3H)-one are suspended in water using (C) a surfactant. The amounts of individual components are preferably A: 15-35wt%, B: 5-30wt% and C: 0.2-10wt%. |
