<p>PURPOSE:To prevent disturbance in talking by providing the 1st slot used in matching with the inquiry condition from a central station and the 2nd slot timing the change in the running state to a mobile station subject to polling from the central station. CONSTITUTION:In transmitting a polling signal 31p to a mobile station B under running in a specific area from the central station A, the corresponding mobile station B (e.g., cars No. 12, 18, 19) transmits information to the central station A in the 1st response slots 312a, 318a, 319a. A station having a change in the running state synchronously with the said polling (e.g., cars No. 31, 62, 83) transmits the running state change information to the central station A in time slots 331r, 362r, 383r. The central station A returns an information reception acknowledgement signal in slots 331ar, 362ar, 383ar before the next polling 32p. The acknowledgement signal inhibits the mobile station B to retransmit the response information or the running state change signal. Thus, talking disturbance is prevented and the communication efficiency is improved.</p> |
