PURPOSE:To reduce internal resistance while suppressing corrosion of a positive pole can due to sulfur by applying a graphite application agent using a binder of a fluorine system or of a silicate system to the inside of the positive pole can for housing the positive pole. CONSTITUTION:A graphite application agent using a binder of a fluorine system or of a silicate system while being dispersed with graphite powder is applied to the inside of a positive pole can 3 for forming a graphite layer 2. Then the positive pole 1 mainly composed of iron disulfide is housed for being combined with a separator 7 impregnated with a non-aqueous electrolyte, the negative pole 4 made of a lithium plate and the negative pole can 6 while being airtightly sealed up for forming a non-aqueous electrolyte battery. Accordingly, by providing the graphite layer 2 the corrosion of te positive pole can 1 due to sulfur dissociated from a sulfide, which is a positive pole active material, can be suppressed while improving contact of the positive pole can 3 with the positive pole 1 for reducing internal resistance thus to improve a battery property. |
