PURPOSE:To manufacture a draining material with good efficiency by a method in which pieces to be detected are put at almost equal intervals on a resin base plate with uneven surface, being traveled horizontally, and a water-permeable sheet is continuously bonded to the base plate being traveled orderly from the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin base plate 10 is continuously formed by an extruder molding machine 2, and pressed rotationally by a pair of roll dies 21 having uneven surface and back faces to form an uneven pattern on the surface of the base plate 10. Pieces 12 to be detected are attracted by the suction pad 34 of a piece supplier 3 and put at equal intervals on the base plate 10. Sheets 11 are laid on both sides of the base plate 10 from rolls 11a and hot-bonded continuously. |
