摘要

PURPOSE:To lower the heat conductivity with a less heat capacity by forming an amorphous alloy thin film on the surface of a bar-shaped resin composite material mixed with fiber with a less thermal expansion and contraction in such a manner as to have electrodes at both ends thereof. CONSTITUTION:An electric resistance wire is formed on the surface of a support bar 10 made of FRP by sputtering a superconductive alloy having an amorphous alloy phase as main structure component and electrodes 12 and 13 made of brass are arranged at both ends thereof while leads 14a and 14b are connected to a measuring section 2. This can minimize the penetration of heat from external room temperature to reduce the consumption of liquid helium.
