PURPOSE:To obtain a food of optional shape, by applying an inner material integrally and helically to the inner peripheral surface of an outer cylindrical material with a nozzle-shaped die for extruding the inner material into a helical form provided in the hollow part of annular die, and molding the internal material. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for molding a food by extruding an outer material (3a) through an annular die 11 and molding die 13 into a cylindrical form, extruding an inner material (3b) through a rotatable nozzle-shaped die 15 and nozzle 18 toward the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical material (3b) in the helical form. In the case of two opposite nozzle tips (18a) 180 deg. as the nozzle shape, the inner material can be extruded into two strands.
