PURPOSE:To improve the safety of night travel while to reduce the cost by flickering a LED lamp with electric energy produced through a solar cell under night travel. CONSTITUTION:During daytime, a secondary cell 1 is recharged by a solar cell 3 through outer light detecting switch section 2. Upon closing of a rotary switch 5 during night, an oscillation circuit 4 will function to flicker LED6. |
