PURPOSE:To establish a rotation preventing condition for a nonrotating member irrespective of rotation of a rotary shaft, by providing small pulleys which revolve around a large pulley which is rotatable with respect to the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft 1 is rotated in either one of the clockwise and counterclockwise directions, a boss 4 fixed to the rotary shaft 1 and a plate 14 fixed to the boss 4 are rotated. Then a shaft rod 7 revolves around the rotary shaft 1. When the shaft rod 7 revolves, small pulleys 8, 9 rotate around the shaft rod 7. At this time, although timing belts 6, 11 are meshed with the pulleys 8, 9 which rotate on their axes, the belts themselves do not rotate and move. Accordingly, a large pulley does never rotate. |
