PURPOSE:To permit both the pressure regulation of a molding pressure regulating valve and the remote control thereof by a method in which the molding pressure regulating valve is provided in the face of the upper mold pot and projectionally operated by a fluid whose pressure is freely controlable. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 3 is designed to be vertically moved in a vertical through hole 2 formed in a lower mold 1. A pot 5 through which a molding material 4 is to be charged is formed in the upside of the plunger 3 in the vertical through hole 2. A vertical slidable molding pressure regulating valve 7 is provided in the face of the pot 5 for an upper mold 6, and a fluid 8 is confined in fluid chamber 16. The pressure of the fluid 8 in the chamber 16 is controlled from remote by connecting a pressure transmission pipe to the opening of the through hole 18 from the chamber 16. In case where the amount of molding material to be charged is too much, the pressure regulating vavle is retracted to prevent the increase of charging pressures to an overmuch extent. Since a pressure is applied to the molding pressure regulating valve by the fluid pressure, the pressure can be simply regulated and the remote control of the pressure regulation can be attained. |
