PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition giving a molded article with excellent impact resistance, by incorporating an ethylene copolymer having a specified composition into a polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:99.5-60wt% polycarbonate resin and 0.5-40wt% terpolymer made by polymerizing 55-94wt% ethylene, 5-40wt% alkoxyalkyl acrylate of the formula (where R1 is H or methyl; n is 2-6; m is 1-8) (e.g. methoxyethyl acrylate or octoxyethyl methacrylate), and 0.5-15wt% maleic anhydride or 0.5- 15wt% glycidyl methacrylate and/or glycidyl acrylate are compounded. |
