Weight loading device, fig. 3, on training appliances containing a frame in connection to which at least one stack of mainly parallel elliptical weights (1) are designed to be set up. An optional total number of weights (1) are designed to be connected, via a suspended lifting rod (7) in a lift yoke (4), with a haulage cable (22) or similar, in which the haulage cable (22) in this manner an optional load can be achieved. For control of the above named lift yoke (4) there are two vertically running control bars (3). According to the invention, it is characterized by each weight (1) being cast in one piece so that the weight (1) has a first notch (13) with a semi-circular cross-section formation in two opposing short sides (12), of which the notches (13) are designed to work together with the above named control bars (3) and so that the weight (1) is equipped with a centrally placed, through hole (14), in which the above named lifting rod (7) is designed to be introduced. Further characterizing the invention is that the weight (1) has a second notch (15), produced during casting, running perpendicular to the above named hole (14) and parallel with the above mentioned short sides (12). In the notch (15) a pin is designed to be introduced and work together with the weight (1) and a horizontal through hole (18) in the lifting rod (7) at which the weight (1), with the pin (17) works together with and possibly, above lying weights (1) perform the given, optional load.<IMAGE> |
