PURPOSE:To provide thermal-shock-proof property and water absorbing property, by adding clay and kaolin to bases of Si, Si3N4. CONSTITUTION:A burner cone and a distributing plate are formed by mixed powder consisting of 30-75wt% Si, 10-50wt% clay and kaolin in total quantity, and additional Si3N4, and are calcined in a non-oxidizing nitrogen-containing atmosphere. As the result, problems in the industrial process of burner components of reaction-sintered silicon nitride, generation of dry crack and difficulty on hole boring process or handling raw products can be solved, and the burner components of a liquid fuel vaporizing burner having water absorbing property, thermal-shock-proof property and high strength can be formed. |
