PURPOSE:To enable the detection of uneven motor drive output voltage in a motor drive substrate assembled by counting output pulse width of a rotary encoder interlocking a motor several times through a reference pulse to detect the mount of scatter with a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 of a function tester 9 is connected to an output terminal of a motor drive circuit board 1 and a counter unit 5 for counting reference pulses measures the pulse width of a pulse corresponding to the revolutions of the motor 2 which is outputted with a rotary encoder 3 interlocking the motor 2. Then, measured values by counting several times are fed to a CPU4 to detect the amount of dispersion of the measured values for several times of revolutions of the motor by computation according to a control program of a ROM (h) thereby enabling the detection of uneven output voltage of the motor drive circuit board. |
