PURPOSE:To decrease the time after an incoming tone of simultaneous talking is raised until the simultaneous talking is started by transmitting a simultaneous talking forecast signal is transmitted independently of the presence of the use of a line before a prescribed simultaneous operation is started from a master station to all slave stations. CONSTITUTION:Before an incoming call is generated in a telephone set 22 of all slave stations by transmitting a simultaneous call signal, an operating section 10 is operated at the master station 1 and a simultaneous talking preparation signal is transmitted to a control section 13. The control section changes over the contact of a switching circuit 16 changed over to the position of a talking section 15 when the master station 1 makes talking with any slave station to the position of a signal converting section 14 for a short time forcibly to interrupt the talking momentarily, and a simultaneous talking forecast signal is transmitted from the converting section 14 to all slave stations 2-1-2-n via a radio equipment 12, then the contact of the circuit 16 is changed over again to the talking section 15 to attain the system into the talking state. When a radio equipment 20 of all the slave stations receives a simultaneous talking forecast signal, this signal is converted into a contact signal by a signal converter 21, it is held at a holding circuit 22 of a telephone set 22 to light a lamp of a display section 24. The master station transmits the simultaneous talking signal to all the slave stations after a prescribed time is elapsed.
