PURPOSE:To speed up the response of interruption processing by saving bank specifying information when an interruption is initiated, and then specifying a prescribed bank and reloading the bank specifying information when the interruption ends. CONSTITUTION:When an interruption is caused, the stored information in a bank storage circuit 11 is saved in a temporary storage circuit 14 and then the stored information in a constant storage circuit 15 is set in the bank storage circuit 11. When the interruption ends, the stored information saved in the temporary storage circuit 14 is reloaded in the bank storage circuit 11. Therefore, the processing of a main program is restarted immediately without executing a program for setting the specification of the bank in the bank storage circuit 1 again.
