PURPOSE:To offer a spool device that the exchange of spool and the mounting of the spool device on a wire-bonding device can be done easily and swiftly. CONSTITUTION:When a spool presser foot 31 is inserted in the penetrating hole 16 of a spool holder 13 along with a wire guide tube 32, projected bodies 18 make the spool presser foot 31 fix by the elastic force of springs 19. After the wiring process of the respective terminal parts 45 and 70 of a wire 12 was over, a cover 50 is made to mount. The cover 50 is fixed by making an engaging part 51 engage in a plate spring 22. When a spool device is mounted on the parts 64, the terminal part 70 of the wire 12 is made to pass through one side of inserting parts 64, and after that, an inserting part 61 is made to insert between the inserting parts 64. Projected bodies 67 are made to abut on grooves 62 at this time in the same manner as the case in the fixation of the spool presser foot 31 and the inserting part 61 is fixed by the elastic force of springs 68. The whole spool device can be easily attached and detached in such a way with an operation only to insert the whole spool device inbetween the device parts 65. Therefore, when spools 11 are mounted on the spool holder 13, the spool device is detached from the bonding head and the mounting work can be performed at an arbitrary place. |
