PURPOSE:To perform a call connection in a minimum period and to prevent the occurrence of useless signals by performing a centralized control of circuit conditions managed by plural exchange processors by means of a routing processor. CONSTITUTION:Plural exchange processors 200-203 are connected to a routing processor 100 or a circuit state centralized control system through a bus 500, and other networks 10, 11, 20 and 21 are connected to these processors 200 and 201. Furthermore terminals 30, 31, 40 and 41 are connected to these processors 202 and 203. These processors 200-203 control other networks 10, 11, 20 and 21 and the terminals 30, 31, 40 and 41, and transmit a circuit state modification informing signal to the processor 100 through the bus 500. The processor 100 which received the informing signal carries out a centralized control of the circuit state, and therefore a call connection can be performed in a minimum period and the occurrence of useless signals can be prevented accordingly. |
