发明名称 HEATING DEVICE UTILIZING RADIATION OF LONG WAVELENGTH INFRARED RAY
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a heating device which has an uniform heating condition and high thermal efficiency throughout the whole of a radiation surface, by a method wherein, after long wavelength infrared rays, which are gradually increased in temperature from the upper surface toward the lower surface of the heating device and have relatively short wavelength, are radiated, long wavelength infrared rays, which have slightly lower temperature and relatively long wavelength, are radiated from both sides and the bottom surface of the heating device. CONSTITUTION:Air-fuel mixture is fed to an infrared radiation chamber 12 through a long wavelength infrared radiation pipe 11 by means of an elbow. After long wave length infrared rays having relatively short wavelength and high energy are firstly radiated in the chamber by means of the blown-in high temperature gas, long wavelength infrared rays having reelatively long wavelength and energy lower than that of the former long wavelength infrared rays are radiated to the interior of the radiation chamber 12. Air-fuel mixture, on which radiation is completed, is exhausted. A substance to be heated or an incinerated substance is fed from 13 to a chain conveyor 14, and after drying or calcining is completed, the substance is taken out from 15.
