<p>PURPOSE:To perform the correcting work of English words easily and quickly by extracting correct English words approximate to an erroneously inputted English word from a memory for dictionary and displaying them on a display part and selecting a desired word from them. CONSTITUTION:A work memory 13 conneced to a CPU11 is a readable/writable memory (RAM), and character data from the CPU11 and word data extracted from a dictionary memory 12 by the CPU11 are stored in this memory 13 when data is inputted drom a character key 3. The CPU11 discriminates whether the English word inputted with the chaacter key 3 and a space key 4 exists in the dictionary memory 12 or not; and if it does not exist there, the inputted English word is displayed and flickered. If a call key 6 is depressed in this state, the CPU11 extracts English words which have the same number of characters as the inputted english word and are different from it by one or two characters from the dictionary memory 12 and displays them on a CRT9.</p> |
