PURPOSE:To prevent flux from entering into a gap between the inside surface of a core holding a mold and the outer thread of a cap core by installing a projecting part all around at the inside lower part of the core holding the mold. CONSTITUTION:The projecting part 2b is installed all around at the inside lower part of the core holding mold 2 facing inner direction and perpendicular to the inter surface. Further. on the top of the projecting part 2b, another projecting part 2d is installed all around in parallel with the inner face, and facing upward of the core holding mold. With these projecting parts, flux is prevented from entering into the engaging surface 10 between a convex of the inside surface of the core holding mold 2 and a part of the cap core 3, and further into the gap 5c between the inside surface of the core holding mold 2 and a portion of the outer thread 3a of the cap core 3, and the flux does not stick to the gap 5c. Thereby, the cap core is not broken by the start of the rotation of the cap core. |
