Retractable and articulated plane foil device making possible complete retraction, or complete folding up or the modification of its lift by variation of its projected surface area. This device makes it possible to: - on the one hand reduce until completely eliminated the drag of the foil, - on the other hand, vary the lift of a foil via a simple command.
