PURPOSE:To improve processing accuracy of a three-dimensionally curved surface by constituting a cutting head in such a way that said head can move in three directions X, Y, Z intersecting orthogonally with each other and turning said head around the axial center in the direction Z and oscillating further the head around the axis perpendicular to the axis in the direction Z. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillator 39 is provided on the extension of a guide rail 7. A laser beam is bent perpendicularly to the direction Y by a reflection mirror 41 and arrives at a cutting head 33 bent in the directions X, Z by a part 43 for attaching the reflection mirror, from which head the laser beam irradiates a work W. A moving device 5 in the direction X, a moving device 17 in the direction Y and a moving device 25 in the direction Z are respectively provided on a machine bed 3 and the hed 33 is made freely movable in the directions X, Y, Z. The head 33 is further made rotatable around the axis in the direction Z by a motor 35 and oscillatable around the axis perpendicular to the axis in the direction Z by a motor 37. The processing accuracy of the intricate three-dimensionally curved surface is improved by the above-mentioned mechanism. |
