PURPOSE:To fix the flow rate of dough for bread without pressure and stirring force applied to the dough by changing the speed of a supply conveyer in inverse proportion to the weighing value of supplied dough, and transferring the dough to a constant-speed coveyer. CONSTITUTION:Dough 2 is formed into a strip with hands and placed on a supply conveyer 1 to be conveyed. When the dough passes a weighing deivce 3, a weighing command is output every time a transducer 5 confirms that the dough is transported by the unit length A of a weighing table 3, and a load sensor 8 inputs a weighing value X in a microcomputer. The microcomputer is adaped to set the speed of the conveyer in inverse proportion to the input weighing value X. The dough is transferred from the supply conveyer 1 driven at the set speed to a constant-speed conveyer 11, and elongated and shrinked by dough pressing rollers 10, 12 for the difference in speed between both conveyers 1, 11. In this arrangement, the flow rate of the dough is fixed without pressure and stirring force applied thereto. |
