摘要 |
PURPOSE:To control the winding tensile force to be constant through simple modification of facility by providing a shaft torque detector on the rotary shaft of winder then operating the actual tensile force from the detected shaft torque and controlling the winder drive motor on the basis of said actual tensile force. CONSTITUTION:A shaft torque detector 20 is provided on the rotary shaft of winder 2 to subtract the acceleration/deceleration torque to be produced under accleration/deceleration of winder 2 form the detected shaft torque thus to obtain the actual tensile force torque to be produced on the rotary shaft of winder from the strip winding tensile force while to obtain actual tensile force through operation of actual tensile force torque and the coil diameter and to control the winder drive motor such that the actual tensile force obtained through operation will be equal to the setting level. Consequently, the winding- tensile force can be controlled accurately through easy modification of facility without sacrifice of pass board work. |
