PURPOSE:To reduce the number of using elements by discharging charge accumulated in the base of a Darington-connected transistor (TR) and constituting a current course providing output current through only one TR. CONSTITUTION:The emitter and collector of an inverted conductive type (PNP) TRQ5 is connected between the base and emitter of a base input TRQ1. When the TRs Q1, Q2 are turned on by the operation of a TRQ4, the TRQ5 is turned onto constitute the current cource of output current Iout'. When output current Iout'' is made to flow, the discharge of charge accumulated in the base of the TRQ2 and the absorption of the emitter leak current of the TRQ1 are executed. |
