PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device that welds plural spots at the same time quickly and surely by providing plural welding tips facing each other at upper and lower tips of a C-shaped frame attached to the body of a welding machine and advancing and retreating them by cylinders. CONSTITUTION:In a welding machine 6 in which a C-shaped frame 20 having an upper tip part 21 that reaches upper part of the surface of a work W supported by a work holder 1 and a lower tip 22 that reaches lower part of the back is attached to the body 7 of the machine, two pairs of welding tips facing above- mentioned upper and lower tip parts 21, 22 are provided, and they pressure hold the work W from above and below through rods elongated by gun cylinders 25a, 25b etc. Then, above-mentioned welding tips are energized from a transformer 13, and the work W is welded at two spots simultaneously. Thus, even a large work can be spot welded efficiently and surely. |
