PURPOSE:To simplify the working process and raise the yield of finished goods, by including a fin-working and a defin-working in one continuous process. CONSTITUTION:When a slider 3 moves diagonally, a fin 11 is cut out from the upper surface of the material 1 to be cut by a cutting tool 2, and this fin 11 is erected. Then, when the material 1 is conveyed and the cutting tool 2 reaches the defin-working part, the cutting tool 2 cuts the upper surface of the material 1 and erects the fin 11, as the slider 3 moves diagonally from its top dead center. Next, a defin cam 9 advances before the slider 3 reaches its bottom dead center, the slider 3 begins to move horizontally, and the erected fin 11 is cut off.
