TOOL HOLDER

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable various tools to be replaced with high installation accuracy in a simple operation by retaining a tool with a square pillar shank to a tool holder firmly in one operation. CONSTITUTION:The shank 14 of a tool inserted in a holder 9 is pinched by a grasping member 16 and a receiving unit 10 on the lower face of the holder body 9 in the vertical direction and by the jaw 22 of a grasping member 17 and the receiving unit 11 of the holder body in the longitudinal direction by pulling in a pull rod 25. And as the shank 14 is positioned in the axial direction by engagement of the receiving unit 10 with a concave groove 15 of the shank, a tool 13 is firmly held at the predetermined position and mounted well accurately.
