PURPOSE:To obtain a thin, light and highly efficient diaphragm having large radial flexural rigidity by sticking a cone having equal slanting angle to a corrugated cone and forming the two cones of material mainly composed of high molecular compound. CONSTITUTION:A first cone 8 and a second cone 9 are formed of high molecular compound such as polypropylene sheet or olefin group resin sheet etc. Corrugation 10 is formed in the cone 8, and many pinholes 7 are pierced in the cone 9, and the cone 8 and cone 9 are stuck together to coincide the angle of slanted parts of the two. The corrugated part 10 of the diaphragm 6 made by sticking together becomes hollow fan-shaped tubelike form, and flexural rigidity in radial direction is improved remarkably. In other words, if resonance frequency is to be made about 100Hz as in the past, the mass of the diaphragm can be made small. Accordingly, the diaphragm becomes light and highly efficient. |
