PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of distribution by providing an IC distribution member with two or more IC storing portions corresponding to two or more receive chutes. CONSTITUTION:A distribution chute 5a is positioned opposite to a loader chute 2 to receive the lead IC4a. Subsequently, a shuttle base 6 is moved to the left by a distance L to locate the distribution chute 5a opposite to a preheat chute 3a and locate the distribution chute 5b opposite to the loader chute 2 and a preheat chute 3b. In such a condition, the lead IC4a is fed into the preheat chute 3a, and simultaneously, the second IC4b is directly fed into the preheat chute 3b. Subsequently, the third IC4c is received by the distribution chute 5b to be moved to the right by a distance L. Similarly, ICs are respectively fed into the opposite chute and then received repeatedly. Thus, efficiency of distribution can be improved. |
