PURPOSE:To prevent resin from entering a bearing inserting hole by sealing by holding the projection of a flange of a bracket in a molding die with a recess when simultaneously molding a winding and the bracket by resin molding. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 6, a winding 8 and a bracket 5 are integrally molded with molding resin 4, thereby molding a stator for a motor. This molding is performed by inserting the bracket 5 into a mandrel 3, clamping the mold together with an upper molding, and molding the resin. In this case, an annular projection 5d is formed on the flange of the bracket 5, and a recess 5e is formed on the opposed surface. The projection 5d and the recess 5e are closely contacted by mold clamping by holding with the upper neck 1a and the end face 3a of the mandrel 3. Thus, the resin 4 introduced to the outer peripheral line of the projection 5d at the molding time is stopped to be introduced into the inner peripheral side with the projection 5d and the recess 5e, thereby preventing a resin burr from forming on the inner surface 5b in the bearing inserting hole. |
