PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by employing a radial anisotropic magnet which is specified for the dimensional shape ratio for a bond type rare earth element magnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnet is extruded while applying a magnetic field by a magnetic field extrusion molding process to form an arbitrary length long radial anisotropic magnet. This magnet is cut by a laser machine, and used in the prescribed length. In this case, the ratio of the length/the inner diameter of the magnet is set to 1/4 or larger, and used for the motor. Thus, the cost and the cost performance (motor torque/magnet cost) of the used magnet can be improved. |
