Device for the screwless and removable fastening of a construction element, by a portion of its body made of synthetic material, to a wall in the form of a plate equipped with an orifice whose edges come to bear on a stop flange of the portion of the body. In front of the stop flange 6 at a distance 10 of at least one wall thickness there is arranged a fastening flange 7 comprising a lug 8 provided with a clip-in catch 9, the width of the fastening flange 7 is at most equal to that of the orifice, the fastening flange 7 in the orifice may be moved transversely to the width so long as the clip-in catch 9 is not fastened, and the orifice comprises a sharp edge for the sharp edge 13 of the clip-in catch 9 which, in the fastening position, is in the orifice. <IMAGE>
