PURPOSE:To realize high accuracy with a comparatively low cost by constituting the multiplexer that a double-throw switch is driven at both channels at the same time and an input is smoothed by a section mean circuit being a quick response filter. CONSTITUTION:The ''section mean circuit'' consists of an integration device IG, an analog switch s3, a buffer amplifier BA and a capacitor C2. A voltage is applied from input terminals H, L, noise is eliminated via a preamplifier PA, and after the result is fed to the integration device IG and integrated, the signal is sampled by the analog switch s3. Then the capacitor C2 holds a voltage corresponding to the input via the 1st double-throw switch RLa and the voltage subjected to holding is extracted by the 2nd double-throw switch RLb driven oppositely in terms of timing as the switching of the RLa and connected in series with the RLa and then extracted switchtially switches SW1, SW2...SWn of high- speed operation being components of the multiplexer and then subjected to analog/digital conversion. |
