PURPOSE:To enable accurate control of an oil pressure by means of a small device and a less consumptioncurrent and to permits constitution of a variable throttle, by a method wherein a vave body is rotated with the aid of a method wherein a valve body is rotated with the aid of a step motor driven by means of a pulse signal, and the flow of oil to the hydraulic control system of an injection timing controlling device is varied. CONSTITUTION:When the oil pressure of a hydraulic control system is increased by a hydraulic control valve 100, a pulse motor 101 is driven, and high pressure oil is fed to a hydraulic control system oil passage 106 through a hole 107 in a valve body 102 and a hollo part 109 by means of an oil passage 104 on the high pressure side. Meanwhile, when the oil pressure of the hydraulic control system is decreased, the pulse motor 101 is driven, and oil in the hydraulic control system is fed to an oil passage 105 on the low pressure side through the hollow part 109 of the valve bod 102, and a hole 108 by means of the hydraulic control system oil passage 106. In which case, since the rotary angle of the step motor 101 can be arbitrarily decided by means of a pulse signal, the openings of the holes 107 and 108 to the oil passages 104 and 105 are set to size lower than a full opening, and this enables constitution of a variable throttle. |
