PURPOSE:To bring the surface of a PC steel twisted wire to a round by extinguishing spiral grooves, by fusing a powdery paint good in the close adhesiveness with iron to the surface of the PC steel twisted wire by a fluidized immersion powder painting method. CONSTITUTION:After a PC steel twisted wire 2 is heated in a heating furnace 3, a powdery paint is fused to the surface of the heated PC steel twisted wire in a fluidized immersion tank 4 and the coated wire is cooled in a cooling tank 5 to form a coating layer. By this method, spiral grooves are extinguished by unbond processing and the surface of the PC steel twisted wire is formed to a true circle.
