PURPOSE:To save fuel consumed for a room heating device in a plant, by utilizing as a warming heat source the waste warm air of a cooling device which forces cool air in the outside to be circulated by a fan in a heating-preventive part inside a compressor device. CONSTITUTION:A gate valve 22 of a warm air discharge port 24 and a gate mechanism 26, which sluices an external air introducing port 28 introducing the outside air into a communication chamber 20, in a compressor device 10 are left first as closed, and the compressor device is operated. If air circulating in a casing 18 is sufficiently warmed after a certain time, the external air introducing port 28 and the warm air discharge port 24 are opened. In this way, the warmed air is fed to be supplied to each part in a room by introducing the outside air into an air cooling device to be warmed and then discharged to a feed pipe 34 through the warm air discharge port 24.
