摘要 PURPOSE:To secure a satisfactory transient responce by connecting the 5th transistor between the input part at a side of a differential pair and a circuit power supply, and supplying a transient current to said transistor when the circuit power supply is supplied. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd current sources I03 and I04 are connected to the emitters of the 1st and 2nd collector earthed transistors TR T2 and TR T3 using a reference DC potential 1 as a common base. While the bases of the 3rd and 4th TRT3 and TR T4 (differential pair) having the 3rd current source I03 connected to a common emitter are connected to each other. Then the 5th TR T5 is connected between the input part of one of the paires TR T3 and TR T4 and a circuit power supply. Thus a reference voltage generating circuit is obtained. The output voltage V0 does not reach its final level until a capacitor C0 is charged immediately after a power supply is switched on. Thus the base potential VB3 of the TR T3 is smaller than the base potential VB4 of the TR T4, and a current I03 of a constant current source 6 flows to the collector of the TR T4. Then no current flows to the TR T5 after the volt age V0 reaches its final level. Thus it is not required to increase the 1st current source I02.
