PURPOSE:To form an incorporated case for a shield case by processing a brass sheet so as to provide functions as the shield case and of cap type ferrite core support. CONSTITUTION:The outer shield case 4 is formed by folding four sides of the brass plate 8 by 90 deg. into a box shape, folding projections surrounded by a slit 9 and a screw push part 10 toward inside by nearly 90 deg. so as to form a supporting part 6 to which a cap type ferrite core 5 is screwed, and a turning torque of the cap type ferrite core 5 is adjusted easily by the size, thickness, shape of screw pushing processing and a folding angle of the support 6. A block filter with inexpensive cost in comparison with a conventional block filter is offered by covering the shield case 4 and the support 6 by the incorporated case. |
