PURPOSE:A composition, obtained by incorporating an acrylic rubber with a multicomponent copolymer containing a cyano-substituted alkyl (meth)acrylate, and having improved processability, vulcanization rate and compression set and well- balanced gasoline, heat and cold resistance. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic rubber composition obtained by incorporating a multicomponent copolymer rubber consisting of (A) 99.5-39.5wt% alkyl acrylate, (B) 0-60wt% alkoxyalkyl acrylate, (C) 0.5-10wt% compound selected from diene compounds, dihydrodicyclopentadienyl group-containing esters of (meth)acrylic acid, epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated compounds and active halogen-containing ethylenically unsaturated compounds and (D) 0-10wt% another ethylenically unsaturated compound copolymerizable therewith with a multicomponent copolymer rubber consisting of 30-89.5wt% component (A), 0- 59.5wt% component (B), 0.5-10wt% component (C), 0-10wt% component (D) and (E) 10-69.5wt% cyano-substituted alkyl (meth)acrylate.
