The invention relates to a dabber printing machine, having a block bearer 30 and a dabber stamp. The printing machine is used for printing on workpieces, in which, in addition to constant data, e.g. the trade-mark and the manufacturer, the printed image also contains index numbers, e.g. date of manufacture and batch number. The printing machine of the type mentioned at the beginning is distinguished by the fact that the first dabber stamp 21 is coupled to a second dabber stamp 22 which is movable perpendicular to the block bearer 30, independently of the first dabber stamp.
